My name is Tanja and I'm a Yoga and Pilates teacher, a Personal Trainer and a nutritional advisor.

My Yoga teachers and mentors are Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer at Triyoga London, where I completed their 390 hrs Teacher Training course.

My Pilates teachers and mentors are Liz Bussey and Diane Nye at Polestar Pilates UK, where I completed their 459 hrs Comprehensive Pilates Studio Equipment Teacher Training course.

I'm also a  Personal Trainer with a Level 4 Diploma in Physical Activity and Lifestyle Strategies for Managing Low Back Pain and a Level 4 Diploma in Physical Activity and Weight Management against Obesity and Diabetes. 

I'm a member of REPs and British Wheel of Yoga.


I have followed my passion for living a balanced  and healthy life and made it my mission to share with others how to get balance into theirs.


I have spent most of my working life in the Finance industry - long hours being stuck behind an office desk, staring at a computer screen all day with little time for breaks, answering one email after the next. This left me feeling stressed out, unhappy, tense and yes, you guessed it right, I had lower back pain myself.

I was longing for a change - so I've decided it's time to get up and do something about it!
